Bildmuseet has free admission and offers free tours every day at 13:00.
Groups over 10 people such as companies, art associations, group trips and organizations should, on the other hand, book their own event, at least two weeks in advance.
Bookable time is Wed-Sun, 12-16.
Prices
For staff and student groups within Umeå University, it is free to book on weekdays during regular opening hours. External groups are welcome to book at the prices below.
Weekdays
A booked visit with a tour takes 45 minutes and costs SEK 1,500. For groups over 30 people, two educators are sometimes required, and in that case, it will of course be more expensive. It is possible to request price information then you email us.
Weekends
A booked visit with a tour takes about an hour and costs SEK 2,500 during weekends. For groups over 30 people, two educators are sometimes required and in that case, it will be more expensive. Feel free to ask for price information in the booking form if there are so many.
Book Bildverkstaden
A workshop in Bildverkstaden can be booked on weekdays during regular opening hours. It is supervised by an art teacher, for about two hours and costs SEK 2,000. The maximum number is 20 people.
We also offer digital screenings during office hours in the first instance, Tue-Fri 9-11, but it has also happened that we do a digital display during open hours. It costs SEK 1,500 and can also be booked via the form.
